It was a day of celebrations and festivities as the entire country celebrated the auspicious day of Ganesh Chaturthi yesterday, Bollywood too participated in the festivities by heading to the Ambani residence - Antilia.
Celebrities like Alia BhattRanbir Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, The Bachchans and more made dazzling appearances and decked up to attend the festivities. Take a look at all the B-town A-listers who glammed up in their best ethnic outfits for the celebrations. 
Alia Bhatt
Gully Boy actress Alia Bhatt looked gorgeous as ever as she donned a floral nine yards by designer Manish Malhotra. The cream coloured saree featured pink floral prints all over and a bright gold border around the hem. She draped this over a contrasting pink blouse. Large statement chaandbaalis made for the perfect accessory to complete the look.  
Miss Kaif was seen in a gorgeous ensemble by Anamika Khanna and looked ethereal in the lehenga saree in an orange hue. The attire featured a plain lehenga skirt which was paired with a saree-like drape. The pallu was fastened with a belt that cinched her waist highlighting her gorgeous curves. She layered it up with a white embroidered dupatta that covered her shoulders. Long dangler earings served as a perfect accessory accompanied by a matching bindi on her forehead.
Her sister Isabelle Kaif also accompanied her to the event decked up in a stunning red anarkali with golden embroid
Karisma Kapoor
Karisma Kapoor who was also present at the event donned a red organza traditional weave with a simple pink border and pink block printed pink flowers. Styled with a deep V-neck blouse which matched the border, golden embellished juttis and matchign jhumkis, the actress looked like the epitome of elegance at the event.  
Kriti Sanon
Lukka Chuppi star Kriti Sanon was all decked up and shone bright at Antilia in a gold sequin Manish Malhotra number. She paired this with a matching backless blouse, heavy gold bangles and statement gold and emerald Chaandbalis for the event. Her hair was pulled back into a bun and adorned with a string of white jasmine flowers which made for a noteworthy look. 
Kajol


Sporting a traditional saree be designer Manish Malhotra, Kajol's outfit bore black pleats with a stunning gold embroidered border. The pallu of her saree featured bold brocade work on the black and a thick sequin border to ensure it looked grand for the event. Statement gold potli beaded earrings com her traditional look for the event. 
Vidya Balan
 
Mission Mangal actress Vidya Balan also attended the event in a stunning saree by Gaurang Shah. She did colourblocking right in the handwoven Benarasi number with the stunning orange saree with an intricate gold border and a purple and gold pinstripe blouse. A gold potli and gold accessories including earrings and a ring completed her look for the event. 
Madhuri Dixit was a complete stunner in a baby pink saree with silver sequin embroidery and a thick silver border on it. Diamond earrings and a simple silver clutch completed her look. 
Athiya Shetty
Young star Athiya Shetty also attended the event with her parents Suneil and Mana Shetty and dazzled in a sparkly sharara set by Tarun Tahiliani. which featured a kurta with a heavily embellished border and a layered organza dupatta with loads of sequin work on it. Her accessories of choice were a maang tikka and a pretty orange potli. 
Aditi Rao Hydari
Next up, we have Aditi Rao Hydari who decked up in a floral full sleeve floor-length ethnic dress. It featured loads of pink floral embroidery and opened into pleats from waist down. Hydari styled the look with black stilettos and gold chaandbalis. We love the simple embroidered floral number on her. 
Ileana D'Cruz
Barfi actress Ileana D'Cruz also visited the Ambani residence in a pastel pink Mishru lehenga which featured a peplum style full-sleeve top with a plunging neckline. A statement beaded choker jewellery set and dainty rings completed the actress' look.

Rekha
n her staple silk saree, veteran actress Rekha was also present. She picked out a dual tone number in - violet and cream. The cream part featured an intricare floral brocade design in gold and the bright violet pallu matched her full sleeve V-neck blouse. Gold and red bangles, loads of heavy neckpieces, a maang tikka and a cream coloured potli completed her look.
